Replays: promised, shipped, unreachable
The store page promises a replay of every match with speed control, rewind and jump-to-anywhere. The browser client we played gives you a score screen and two buttons, and neither is a replay.

What the score screen has
Four numbers — time alive, gold earned, tiles captured, structures built — then Exit Game, Spectate, Join Server, and a line saying quests and achievements only count in public matches. Spectate puts you behind someone else's border on the same running match. Join Server is a Discord link.
What the bundle says
The client we downloaded ships replay code. Our copy of the game bundle contains a local replay mode, a seek target used for scrubbing, a keyframe interval computed from the match length, a hash check named verifyReplayHash, an element labelled Replay, an analytics event named replay.viewed, and two achievements — Historian at 1, 10 and 50 replays watched, and Show-off at 2 replays shared.
That is strong evidence that replays exist as a feature. It is not evidence that you can reach one from where we were standing: signed out, in single player, on a browser build served by a portal.
Three readings, one page
The honest summary is a three-way split. Replays exist (bundle). Replays are described as universal (store page). Replays are unreachable from the score screen we reached (thirty seconds of clicking). Any of the following would close it: signing in and looking again, playing on Steam, or finishing a public match instead of a private one.
Until one of those happens, treat a replay link as a feature of the Steam build that we have not confirmed in the browser build, and treat any guide that tells you to press a button on the score screen as untested.
Why this page exists at all
Because it is the one place where the store page and the client visibly disagree, and because the disagreement is checkable in under a minute by anyone with the game open. If you are signed in and see a replay control, the page is wrong and we want the date.
